What are your shipping details?

Free Shipping for every order. Signature for Security: we'll just need a signature from someone who's 21 or older.

Our jewelry are made to order, so please allow up to 15 business days for order completion before shipping. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 2-5 business days vs. international orders may take 7-14 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free within 7 days from Date of Delivery. Please contact us for more details.

Are you using vermeil or plated gold in your jewelry?

Never! Our jewelry is made out of solid 18K and 22K gold - after all, it’s in our name.

What are South Sea pearls?

South Sea pearls are one of the most coveted and valuable types of cultured pearls in the world. They are renowned for their large size, lustrous sheen are certainly among the rarest and most costly cultured pearls.

Where do you source your diamonds?

At the heart of our mission is a profound commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing. Our exquisite jewelry pieces are crafted with lab-grown diamonds, a revolutionary alternative that not only sparkles with brilliance but also embodies a promise to protect our planet.

What is the grade of the diamond?

Experience the brilliance of our lab-grown diamonds, rated D-E-F colorless and VVS1 flawless clarity. These exceptional gems offer the same stunning beauty and brilliance as mined diamonds.

Can I shower with or get my pearl wet?

Limited Moisture: Avoid submerging them in water. Water (especially chlorinated water) will eat away at the epoxy securing the pearls to their mountings. So, no showers, dishes, or swimming while wearing your pearls!

Do pearl items have certificates?

Each piece of pearl jewelry comes with an optional identification certificate. These certificates, issued by Indonesian authorities, verify the quality and authenticity of your South Sea pearls. 

While these certificates are internationally recognized and provide detailed information about your pearl's quality, they are available upon request.

What's the difference between 18K and 22K gold?

Pure gold is 24K. The higher the Karat, the higher the gold content. 22K gold contains a higher percentage of pure gold (91.6%) compared to 18K gold (75%), making it more valuable . The higher gold content in 22K offers greater resistance to tarnishing and is more hypoallergenic, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin.

How secured are your pearls, do they fall off easily?

Pearl jewelry is crafted using professional drilling and advanced adhesive techniques, securing the pearls in place with metal pins and specialized glue, therefore, no showers, dishes, or swimming while wearing your pearls! See our Pearl Care Instructions for details. 

Where do you your pearls come from? 

Our South Sea pearls are sourced directly from a local sustainable farm in Indonesia. We are committed to ethical sourcing and ensuring that our pearls are harvested responsibly.

Do your diamonds come with certificates?

Diamonds under 20 points (0.20 carats) are called "melee" diamonds. These smaller diamonds are commonly used as accents or side stones in jewelry designs, not as centerpieces. Please note that these diamonds do not come with a certificate.
